The first floor offers a variety of multi-purpose spaces designed to foster connection and community. From music studios to game rooms, each area invites residents to join activities that spark joy and creativity. My design contribution is most evident in the interior architecture of these spaces; developing the complex ceiling layout & fixtures, the custom built-in millwork, finish details, and the light-integrated feature walls.
